Highly recommended. The guys on site, were polite, tidy and funny. When a problem cropped up (it’s an old roof, not an issue on their part) they talked me through it, making sure I understood what was needed, Jack (boss) came and visited the site to go through it as well. Really happy with the service received and work carried out.

Jack and his team have been amazing, after previously being left bamboozled and lacking in confidence by a previous roofing contractor, Jack came along and restored that confidence, with great customer service, clarity, pricing and completing the work at short notice. Will 100% use again and recommend to others.

Recently needed an urgent repair done on my mother-in-laws roof as the property has been sold. Jack was friendly and professional checked everything over and explained our options and what he advised should be done to repairing it at a high standard. The quote he gave was in my opinion great so accepted and the work was completed with in 4 days of our initial meeting. Jack did a full roof replacement for my son.He was reliable and gave a very competitive price. He went out of his way to fit in our job at short notice because it was urgent. All of his workers were hard working and very respectful. The work was done in the time scale that was given and communication was brilliant ....something that alot of builders find difficult. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack...great bloke, great work ethic and a great job done.

Jack and his excellent team recently refelted and tiled a portion of roof where age and disturbance of the flashing had resulted in significent water ingress and interior damage. Throughout the process communications have been suberb, everyone friendly, efficient and reassuring. Members of East Coast Scaffolding as part of the plan, too, were similarly friendly, swift and efficient. Most impressed by all concerned! Thankyou again.

I contacted this very friendly and helpful young man as I’d broken a roof tile whilst on the roof cleaning the gutters 😳 and he brought one out within a couple of hours and installed it 🤩 now that’s what I call service with a smile 😃 Thank you Jack my 93 year old mother will sleep with ease knowing that he has fixed the problem so fantastically 🙏

Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Jo roofing are such a lovely bunch of people, they are hard working and tidy. Jack came to see the job and price what needed doing, showing me the photo's as I find it hard to get into the loft. He came back as I was anxious about a tile around the chimney because I have know knowledge about roofs and soon put my mind to rest, he got up into the loft and took more pictures so I could see the lovely work that they had done. He was so kind and understanding because normally my husband would deal with this kind of thing but he has throat cancer and is to poorly now. Jack made sure I didn't feel anxious and was happy to help me if I needed any more trades men in the future, so I wouldn't have anyone take advantage of an elderly lady. He really deserves to get on in life and have the successful business he has. I really could wish for a nicer load of people from start to finish. A huge THANK YOU

Jack arived at the appointed time. After I had explained the problem with my roof he gave me several options on repairing it. Within a week I received quotes for the options. Having decided on one he then booked me a date for the repair. The work was carried out to a high standed and ,I think, a copetitive price. If I need further work in the future I will be contacting J O Roofing.
